------------------------

When you do a "qstat -j <jobID>" the output listing the SGE env looks
like this:

 sge_o_home: /Users/dag
 sge_o_log_name: dag
 sge_o_path:
/opt/sge/bin/darwin:/sw/bin:/sw/sbin:/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/X11R6/bin
 sge_o_shell: /bin/bash
 sge_o_workdir: /private/tmp
 sge_o_host: chrisdag-wireless

The actual names of the variables are upper case, however, i.e. SGE_O_HOME, et al.

The show_job.c file has the names hard-coded as lower case. They just need to
be changed to upper case.
