------------------------

When submitting a binary job with wrong binary path (e.g.:qsub -b y
/invalid_path), the job doesn't go into error state, instead it just vanishes
and the error reason is written to the error file.

Once it has been agreed that this behaviour is correct - nevertheless it would
be possible to improve error detection in case that the binary path can be
resolved outside of the shell.
