Remove the sge_strdup() function from the utilib and use
strdup() on all used code locations. The system strdup()
should be faster.

Some comments regarding the problem:

* The sge_strdup() wrapper is good, because on some Plattforms there
is a core dump when a NULL pointer is used with strdup()

* The sge_strdup() should have the same prameters as the system strdup()
and after checking the arguments even call the system strdup()

Current functionality of sge_strdup() will be available as sge_strdup_free() and
sge_strdup() can than be used like strdup()
