limit jobs single -pe myPE to slots=(2,5)

=> each single job in this PE must at least request 2 slots.

This way all complexes can get an allowed range, and bypassing it with "-l something=0" wouldn't be
possible any longer:

limit to mycomplex=(1,10)

=> if mycomplex is requested, it's value must be between 1 and 10 in, hence

limit to slots=(,10)

would be the long form of the current implementation. Third parmeter: step

limit jobs single -pe myPE to slots=(2,10,2)

=> only allow values 2,4,6,8,10 - some parallel programs don't like uneven number of processes
