While the complex_values fields in the queue and exechost configuration can use the short name of a
complex and get it expanded to the long name the next time you check the setup, the entries for the two
thresholds in the queue configuration are only interpreted literally and not expanded. Hence any test of
them will fail and put the queue in alarm/suspend because the values can't be found.

The entries made for the thresholds should also honor the short name of the complexes and expand them
to the long name to get them working.
