our object type descriptions in gdi lib (e.g.
sge_jobL.h) contain boolean attributes that are
defined as ulong (e.g. JB_notify, JB_verify ...).
We should use the SGE_BOOL definition here.

Similar case is the use of SGE_OBJECT definition:
We have object attributes that are defined as list
that will (may) never have more than one element.
Here we should use the SGE_OBJECT definition.

The issue makes most sense, when issue 324 is fixed and we have access
functions for the named data types.
