------------------------

In the Execd installation on Windows, the user is forced to enter a spool
directory, even if the spool directory from the global configuration (set during
the QMaster installation) is a local one on all machines.
On all Unix and Linux hosts, the spool directory from the global configuration
is provided as the default and the user is asked if (s)he want's to change it.

Instead of forcing the user to enter a spool directory, the installation should
test if this spool directory is local to the current host. If yes, it should
just behave like on Unix (and if the user enters a new spool directory, the
installation should check if this is local, too). If no, it should force the
user to enter a local one.
