With the available advance reservation, it was already on the list to use it to start jobs at a specific time
(or get a message when it's not possible). Means qrsub and just one (or more) job submitted into this
reservation.

qrsub could be extended to allow an option that will schedule this reservation cron-like at specified
times. All jobs submitted to this reservation will then run with each invocation of the AR (or only at the
x-th one). Another option to the cron argument to qrsub could be the number of runs in total:
somethig like run every hour but only 150 times in total.

- New variable $REPETITION, which can be checked inside the job script for the no. of the run.

- Behavior when one of the repetitions can't be run: simply skip this one or shift it to the next possible
date (user selectable).

- Possibly: append an index to the name of the output file for the number of the repetition, or a new
"pseudo-variable" for -o/-e like $repetition
