The default timeout for jsv commands (JSV_CMD_TIMEOUT, defined in libs/sgeobj/sge_jsv_script.c) might be too short, esp. when the jsv script
accesses files on nfs or calls commands which might run for some time.

Therefore it should be possible to configure a timeout,
e.g. for qmaster side jsv scripts as qmaster_param, for the client side as environment variable.
