There exists separate "-noshell" and "-shell no" options that are supported by qrsh and qsub, respectively.

Available only for qrsh with a command line.

       -shell y[es]|n[o]
              Available only for qsub.

It's not clear why the choice to name the options different between the two utilities was originally made, but it seems confusing to the
user. Why not mark -noshell deprecated and make the "-shell y[es]|n[o]" syntax also supported by qrsh? (or make both syntaxes supported on
both utilities?)

This would also allow users to add "-shell yes" to the global "sge_request" file, which is not currently possible.

(or add "-shell no" to the sge_request file)
