I would like to use an environment variable with
the -M option in the sge_request file?  For example:

I tried this and the e-mail gets sent to
  Subject: Job 12992 (junk.csh) Complete
  Date: Thu, 19 Dec 2002 08:12:44 -0600
  From: root <root>@Tellabs.Com
  To: ${LOGNAME}

even though $LOGNAME is defined correctly.
