This was IZ 365 in project gridengine.

test for SGEEE system

   (1) check if it is forbidden to add users/groups to the "defaultdepartment"
      qconf -mu defaultdepartment
      set "entries" to "test_user"

      => this has to result in an error message

   (2) check if it is forbidden to remove the DEPT type form "defaultdepartment"
      qconf -mu defaultdepartment
      change type from "DEPT" to "ACL"

      => this has to result in an error message

   (3) check if it is forbidden to set tickets and shares for ACL objects
      create a no acl object
      qconf -mu <new_acl_object>
      change "fshare" and/or "oticket" to a value > 0

   (4) try to add one user into more than one department
      create two departments (dept1 and dept2)
      make sure a certain user is not part in a department (user1)
      add <user1> to "entries" of <dept1>

      => no error

      add <user1> to "entries" of <dept2>

      => this has to result in an error message

   (5) try to add one user into more than one acl
      create two acls
      add <user1> to "entries" of <acl1>

      => no error

      add <user1> to "entries" of <acl2>

      => also here no error
